Terms & Conditions 870 — Platform Terms of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 870 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

Terms Acceptance and User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 870 platform at 870.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To use 870's services, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years at the time of registration.
Residing in Malaysia or accessing the platform from Malaysia.
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Not prohibited by any applicable local laws or regulations from using such services.
Registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

870 reserves the right to deny access or terminate the account of any user found to not meet the eligibility requirements above, at any time and without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

Each user is only permitted to register one account on the 870 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without any refund of unused balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, active phone number, and any other requested details. 870 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any stage of platform use, particularly prior to processing withdrawals.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 870 will never request your password via email, message, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us at [email protected] immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us. 870 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the 870 platform:

Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
Engaging in any action that could compromise the integrity of games or betting.
Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
Abusing promotions or bonuses in an unauthorised or manipulative manner.

Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Information

All transactions on the 870 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 870 supports a range of Malaysian local payment methods, including internet banking, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and other methods that may be added or removed from time to time subject to availability.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the deposit section of the platform at the time the transaction is made.
Deposited funds may not be transferred to another user or any third-party account.
870 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, some payment providers may apply their own charges.
Deposits that have been successfully processed are final and cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances approved by 870.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount is processed.
870 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending an investigation into suspicious activity.
Withdrawal processing times are 1–24 hours, depending on the chosen method and account verification level.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 870 are subject to specific terms stated alongside the respective offer. Wagering requirements, minimum bet amounts, and expiry dates must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash. 870 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

870 Liability Limits

The 870 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 870 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, or unfavourable betting outcomes.

870 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs may cause the platform to be temporarily unavailable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 870 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 870 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 870.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 870 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as game providers or payment processors. 870 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party provider before engaging with them.

Account Suspension, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law

Account Suspension and Closure

870 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

The user violates any of the terms set out in this document.
Suspicious activity, fraud, or attempted money laundering is associated with the account.
The user provided false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the verification process.
The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

In the event of an account suspension or closure due to a breach of terms, any remaining funds may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. For accounts closed at the user's own request, any valid balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.

Changes to These Terms

870 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 870 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution authority.
